Housekeeping needs major improvements!!! Management clearly lacks organization and professionalism. Attention to detail in room cleanliness would enhance the guests' experience significantly!!!

Beautiful and absolutely great hotel in an extremely comfortable area very close to the coast, the pond, and easy access from Interstate 65. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. The location was incredibly comfortable and the staff were HELPFUL.

It was just an ideal choice for a city break in Atmore with the best value for money ratio. The staff were unhelpful and rude, which really put a damper on the stay. Check your confirmation details before arrival to avoid hassles.

We had a large and impressive room with comfortable bed and central heating, an individual safe, and pay television. There was bathtubs too.

The pool area offered a refreshing escape, perfect for relaxation. Breakfast options were varied, with fresh items that catered to different tastes. The staff at the front desk were great.

Unfortunately, the room cleanliness left much to be desired.

The King Suite was spacious and relatively clean upon arrival. The shower pressure was solid,. The fridge worked well for storing snacks. There was a noticeable issue with the cleanliness as I found some pet hair in the bed, a bummer. It was decently comfortable, but could use a bit more attention to detail.

I had a decent stay with a cozy King Suite, and the breakfast buffet was a highlight, with fresh fruit and waffles. I did find the room cleanliness could use some improvement.

We enjoyed the nearby arts center and the casino. The place was clean, the staff was friendly, and the king suite was comfortable. The breakfast was well-stocked, and the indoor pool looked nice. A great family-friendly atmosphere too!

Internet connectivity seemed a bit spotty, slightly inconvenient .

The Fairfield Inn provided a cute atmosphere and really good cleanliness throughout my stay. The staff were great. The breakfast offered a variety of options that were well-prepared and maintained at the correct temperature. The location near a scenic pond added a pleasant touch to my visit.

Difficult to find from the street.

The King Suite offered a spacious layout perfect, and the refrigerator excellently froze water overnight, which isn't typical for hotel fridges. The indoor pool area was nicely designed, providing an inviting space to unwind, although it ran a bit cold during the visit.

Checking in took an unnecessarily long time, with minimal interaction from the front desk once someone did finally appear. The room had a lingering smell of fried food, quite unpleasant, and I had to deal with noticeable noise from the street outside, particularly during late hours. The cleanliness left something to be desired, as I found the remote control dirty, which raised concerns about general upkeep. It would also help if the doors closed a bit quieter, as the clatter often interrupted my peace.

The breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of options. The cleanliness in the room stood out. The pool area is nice for relaxation. I felt safe and comfortable throughout my visit 😊

Family needs a solid place to stay

When we checked in, the front desk clerk was friendly and welcomed us right away. I mean, she showed a sense of urgency to get us in, something you don't see all the time.

It wasn't cheap, but it was acceptable for what we got.
